We approach coffee the same way wine is approached — with respect for origin, seasonality, and the people behind every harvest. All of our coffee is direct trade, seasonal, and mostly single estate, sourced from specific farms and grown by our incredible farmers, who are the true heroes of what we do. We follow a “less is more” roasting philosophy. This means minimal intervention in the process to allow the terroir, along with the delicate and intricate flavour notes of each region, farm, and varietal, to shine through. We don’t mask the character of the bean — we highlight it. Our seasonal coffees are available for retail directly at the front counter. On request, we can grind your coffee to suit any brewing method — from espresso to pour-over or French press. Our team is always happy to assist with recommendations and finding the perfect grind. Breakfasts and dishes made with careOur menu is built around seasonality, plant-based ingredients, and clean, honest flavours. Most dishes are vegan or easily adaptable, with many options that are gluten free as well as sugar & soy free. We also offer a limited amount of wholesale coffee in order to maintain our standards and consistency in quality. Transparency, sustainability, and respect — for the product, the people, and the process — are at the core of everything we do.
